Circus Spectacular
Corporate family day
The Brief
Our client came to us with a bold vision: create an unforgettable, immersive family day for employees and their children. They wanted something spectacular, interactive, and accessible to all.
The brief was clear: big top energy, joyful chaos, and lasting memories for everyone, from toddlers to grown-ups. The chosen venue? The Honourable Artillery Company, right in the heart of London. There were 1200 adult guests and 500 children.
How it unfolded...
From the moment guests arrived, they were transported to a gloriously colourful circus world. Greeted with a vintage-style “Circus Recruitment Flyer,” families were invited to roll up, roll up and train for the big show. The entire HAC site - marquee and gardens, was transformed into a full-blown circus wonderland, bursting with colour, sound, and surprise at every turn.
Our ringmasters (aka the Sharky & George team) led high-energy Circus Skills Workshops throughout the day. Children got stuck into juggling, plate-spinning, hula-hooping and clowning, learning new tricks with confidence ahead of the grand finale.
There was no shortage of “Did you just see that?!” moments which included plenty of bizzare and astounding acts like a human cannonball, gigantic bubble displays, LED hula hoopers lighting up the lawn, roaming clowns, acrobats and jugglers, we even had an animatronic elephant wandering around greeting guests, while the balloon modellers and caricaturist were capturing guests in all their circus glory.
We also had different zones making sure every guest could find their kind of fun. These included:
- A Craft Zone packed with circus-themed creations
- A Quiet Tent hosting an SEN-friendly circus show
- A bouncy castle and helter skelter for high-energy thrill-seekers
The Grand Finale
The day crescendoed with a Big Top-style show where the children became the stars. After a day of training and play, they proudly performed their new circus skills for friends and family, all led by our charismatic ringmaster (George) and joined by professional circus acts.
What made it great?

From the first flyer to the final bow, the whole venue became a circus - visually, audibly and atmospherically.

Children weren't just watching; they were the show. The event empowered them to perform, create, and play.

Every child had a place in the circus, thanks to our carefully designed Quiet Zone and variety of activities for all energy levels and needs.
