Over 48 hours, we took them from London to Paris, through Burgundy and Corsica, and all the way to Cavallo Island, with every moment designed to push comfort zones, spark connection, and make memories that stick.
The brief was clear: create an experience for 120 guests that rewarded, united, and delighted participants, while breaking the mould of traditional corporate retreats. The focus was creativity, collaboration, and immersive adventure, ensuring all participants could fully engage.
Our internal creative team mapped a multi-stage narrative: stage one in London with city challenges and immersive games; stage two from Paris and Corsica featuring rally-style driving in vintage 2CVs and campervans; and stage three culminating on Cavallo Island with water sports, beach competitions, and immersive evening events. Every detail, from the campervan convoy to interactive maps and checkpoints, was designed to surprise, engage, and energise the teams.
The scale was impressive: 180 guests, 24 vintage 2CVs, 12 VW campervans, and 3 private planes. Teams raced, sailed, explored, and celebrated. From city challenges and vineyard lunches to beach games and island parties, our team delivered every element with energy and meticulous precision.
