For AnaCap Financial Partners, we designed one of our most ambitious Adventure Races - set on the private shores of Osea Island, a hidden gem off the Essex coastline. Over two sun-soaked days, teams battled through a whirlwind of physical challenges, tactical missions and outrageous S+G mischief, transforming a tranquil island into the ultimate competitive playground.
Create a high-energy team building experience that would bring the group together through adventure, competition and chaos. The event needed to challenge them physically and mentally, push their teamwork, and deliver a full 48 hours of fun, camaraderie and big-scale storytelling. In short: a corporate away day they would never forget.
We built the race around Osea’s unique setting – vast open fields, winding paths, hidden coves and complete privacy. Drawing on the island’s atmosphere, we crafted a multi-discipline challenge series blending water, land, team puzzles and creative madness. Every task was scored not just on speed, but also on teamwork, ingenuity and pure flair, ensuring every personality had a chance to shine.
Guests arrived on the island ready for adventure. After a high-energy briefing, teams were formed and unleashed across Osea to complete as many challenges as possible within the time limit. Our S+G hosts ran each station, keeping the momentum sharp and the competitive spirit high.
