Roar and explore! Guests were transported to a hyper-realistic lush jungle, filled with rainforest plants, incredible animals, wildlife-inspired activities, challenges, and adventures.
To transform a completely blank canvas room at the Bluebird Cafe on The Kings Road to a realistic rainforest to be the setting for an unbelievable jungle party for forty guests celebrating a seventh birthday. They key was to transport everyone into the jungle from the start, whilst providing non-stop games and fun for everyone throughout the party.
The idea for the party was to combine live and fake foliage, plants and animals to make it feel like you really were walking into a living jungle whilst maintaining the space and capacity for themed games, crafts, activities and adventures.
The jungle explorers arrived and were immediately given binoculars, pith hats and jungle waistcoats complete with spotting cards to stamp as they found different animals, plants and activities at the party. A live crocodile, snakes, tarantulas and some more fluffy creatures added to the atmosphere. Then along with the fantastic party food, cakes, and cake pops, a few rounds of I’m a Celebrity bush tucker challenges added some jeopardy to the adventure!
