The big top came to town in West Berkshire for a summer circus extravaganza. 450 people dressed up to the nines to immerse themselves into an evening of pure joy with a full troupe of performers mingling with guests from beginning to end.
We were asked to create an awesome evening for a multi-generational 70th birthday party for 450 people. Rather than a formal sit-down dinner the client wanted a festival vibe and dancing until the very early hours!
Working closely with a circus troupe we designed a programme of roaming performers, shows, immersive experiences and surprise moments. The evening was curated so there was always something happening from arrival with our creative car parkers to the final DJ set.
One of the key requests was ensuring everyone got into the spirit of an evening at the circus so mood boards and encouragement to dress up was sent to all the guests. The results were incredible with each and every guest looking fabulous. The joy and laughter derived from assessing your friends efforts for a dress code always starts the evening off on a great footing and this party was a perfect example of that. The roaming performers gave way to an incredible Greatest Showman performance which included all the members of the troupe. As night fell the fire show took over with a grande finale fireworks display.
